An Organized Home, All Year Long

Reclaim your calm, and keep it

Organize With Marie Memberships offer a year of organizing support for a small group of homes in Fairfield County, Westchester, NYC and beyond.

Rather than starting over every time a space slips, members plan their year with us up front. Together we choose the spaces that matter most, put them on the calendar season by season, and come back each quarter to organize what’s next and keep what we’ve already done working for the way your family lives.

We open enrollment once a year and keep the group small on purpose. Every member gets a custom plan and reserved dates before January, and limiting the number of homes is how we give each one the time, attention and follow-through it deserves.

Enrollment closes December 11

A note from Marie

Organizing isn’t the finish line.
As your home changes, your systems should too.

Kids grow, schedules shift, and the mudroom systems that worked in July need to be tweaked for ski season.

Membership is how I stay with you through all of it. You reserve your organizing time for the year, we put your dates on the calendar, and your home gets steady attention instead of being one and done.

Organizing is an investment in your home, and like anything worth investing in, it needs care to keep paying off. Systems hold up when someone checks in on them, adjusts them as your life changes and keeps them stocked. That’s what membership is for.

Membership at a glance

How it works

Every quarter

Your organizing days are reserved on our calendar before it opens to new projects.

One six-hour day with a team of two each quarter on the Maintenance Plan, or two on the Master Plan. That’s your starting point; add more whenever a space needs it.

$110 to $115

Your hourly member rate for all of 2027. Our standard rate is $125 per hour per organizer.

Billed quarterly

One payment on the first day of January, April, July and October.

The Maintenance Plan

keep what’s working

$1,380

per quarter · $5,520 for the year

For spaces that already work and deserve to stay that way. We reset what’s drifted, rotate what’s seasonal, and handle the small projects that never reach the top of your list.

Each quarter you get
  • 12 organizing hours each quarter
    • One 6-hour session with 2 organizers
  • Member rate of $115 per hour
  • $480 less than our standard rate over the year
  • Extra hours at the same member rate
A good fit if
  • We’ve organized your home before and you want it kept up
  • Your list is a handful of small spaces, not whole rooms
  • Your home shifts with the seasons, the school year and guests
What we take on
  • Seasonal rotations and wardrobe changeovers
  • Camp trunks, out and back
  • Guest rooms readied before company arrives
  • Holiday setup and pack-away
  • Paper and tax-season prep
  • Pantry, fridge and closet resets, with restocking and expiration-date checks
  • Small one-offs, like a medicine cabinet or the junk drawer

The Master Plan

room by room, all year

$2,640

per quarter · $10,560 for the year

For homes with a longer list. We map your rooms in the order that will make everyday life easier soonest, then move through them steadily across the year.

Each quarter you get
  • 24 organizing hours each quarter
    • Two 6-hour sessions with 2 organizers
  • Member rate of $110 per hour
  • $1,440 less than our standard rate over the year
  • Extra hours at the same member rate
A good fit if
  • Several rooms have never had a real system
  • You’re settling into a new home or finishing a renovation
  • You want the whole house done, in stages you can manage
What we take on
  • Kitchen and pantry
  • Entry and mudroom
  • Primary closet and bedroom
  • Kids’ rooms and playroom
  • Home office and paperwork
  • Laundry and linen storage
  • Basement, garage and storage rooms

Starting fresh? Begin with the Master Plan. Once your rooms are set, the Maintenance Plan keeps them that way.

Your investment, at a glance

Your quarterly payment covers your organizing time. Everything that’s planned, purchased or added for your home is billed on its own, so you only pay for what each space needs.

Included every quarter
  • Your organizing hours at your member rate, 12 or 24 each quarter depending on your plan
  • Hands-on organizing: editing, sorting, categorizing and labeling, with custom tape labels
  • Donation arrangement and trash removal after each session
  • Reserved dates on our calendar before it opens to new projects
  • A recap after each quarter of what we finished and what’s planned next
  • A direct line to Marie for quick questions between visits
Billed separately
  • Annual Planning Consultation: a one-time $300, paid before the visit. We measure and photograph every space on your list, and it becomes your roadmap for the year
  • Project Management and Design Fee: starts at $250 per space, depending on scope. It covers the planning, product sourcing, ordering, receiving and prep before we arrive
  • Organizing products: chosen from your design plan, with options at more than one price point so you can choose what suits your home and budget
  • Extra hours: billed at your member rate whenever a space needs more time
  • Travel: a fee may apply outside our local service area

You’ll see every fee in writing in your roadmap before you join, so there are no surprises.

Good to know

Your quarterly hours are just the starting point, not the limit

Some spaces simply take longer than one quarter’s hours allow, like a kitchen with years of history or a garage after a move. Your membership proposal includes a labor estimate for each space, so you’ll know before you join which rooms will need more time. Any extra hours are billed at your member rate.

We also make sure every hour goes as far as it can. Each quarter is handled start to finish:

  • Before: design plans are finished and products are sourced, ordered, received and prepped, so we arrive ready to work. Products and the Project Management and Design Fee are billed separately and aren’t included in your quarterly payment
  • During: editing, sorting, categorizing and labeling, plus donation arrangement and trash removal. Maintenance visits add restocking, expiration-date checks and seasonal rotations
  • After: a recap of what we finished and what’s planned for next quarter

Frequently Asked Questions

What it costs
What does my quarterly payment cover?

Your organizing hours: editing, sorting, categorizing and labeling, with custom tape labels, plus donation arrangement and trash removal after each session.

What is the Annual Planning Consultation?

Unlike a standard consultation for a single space, this visit covers every space you’d like to tackle this year and becomes the plan for your year. We measure and photograph each space on your list, and it’s where your written roadmap comes from. It’s a one-time $300, paid before the visit.

What is the Project Management and Design Fee?

For each space that needs a design plan, this covers the planning, product sourcing, ordering, receiving and prep that happen before we arrive. It starts at $250 per space, depends on scope, and is listed in your roadmap before you join.

How do organizing products work?

Products are chosen from your design plan, where you’ll see options at more than one price point. You pick what suits your home and budget, and products are billed separately.

How does billing work?

Your quarterly payment is charged automatically through HoneyBook on the first day of January, April, July and October, and covers your organizing hours. Before each quarter’s sessions, you’ll receive an invoice for your Project Management and Design Fee, paid in full, and a deposit on your organizing products. After the sessions, a final invoice covers the remaining product balance and any extra hours.

How it works
What if a space needs more than my plan’s hours?

Your quarterly hours are just the starting point, not the limit. Some spaces simply take longer than one quarter’s hours, like a kitchen with years of history or a garage after a move. Your membership proposal includes a labor estimate for each space, so you’ll know before you join which ones will need more time. Any extra hours are billed at your member rate. You can also add time in any season just because you’d like us back.

What if I can’t use my hours?

If your date stops working, we’ll move it to another one in the same quarter. Hours not used by the end of the quarter don’t carry forward or transfer. Your plan is built so your home gets attention every season, not saved up for one big push at the end of the year.

Can I pause or skip a quarter?

Memberships can’t be paused or skipped. Your dates are held for you all year, and that steady quarterly rhythm is what keeps your home on track.

Can I cancel?

Plans run January through December. If you need to step away, let us know in writing at least 14 days before the next quarter and we’ll stop your billing. There’s no fee to leave, and payments already made are nonrefundable.

What if I move during the year?

It depends on where you’re headed. Your hours can go toward packing, unpacking and setting up your new home. If the move takes you outside our service area, you can cancel with written notice at least 14 days before the next quarter.

Where do you work?

Fairfield County, Westchester, NYC and beyond. A travel fee may apply outside our local service area.

Will Marie be at my sessions?

Marie is on site for most projects. Every session is led by one of our Lead Organizers, and when Marie isn’t in your home, she’s still guiding your project behind the scenes.

How are my hours scheduled?

Most quarters run across more than one day. We plan your sessions around the spaces on your roadmap and set your dates with you before the year begins.

What happens at the end of the year?

Membership runs January through December and doesn’t renew on its own. In the fall, we’ll check in to ask whether you’d like to continue into the next year and which spaces you’d like to focus on next.

What if I miss the enrollment deadline?

We keep membership small, and enrollment for 2027 is open through December 11. After that, you can join the waitlist for 2028, and you can always book a standard project with us in the meantime.

Curious whether membership fits your home?

Membership keeps the systems we build together working long after the first project wraps up, so your home feels as calm a year from now as it does on day one.

Whether we’ve organized your home before or you’re looking for steady support from the very start, we’d love to hear from you.
