Terms & Conditions

1. Service Eligibility

• eGift cards may be applied toward our in-home organizing services only
• Redeemable for appointments taking place within our service areas:
  • Fairfield County, CT
  • Westchester County, NY
  • NYC
  • Will also travel for a fee
• The card amount will be credited toward the total service fee at the time of booking. If the service cost is higher than the card value, the recipient is responsible for the remaining balance

2. Non-Transfers & Cash Value

• Gift cards cannot be refunded, exchanged, or redeemed for cash

3. Card Protection

• Please keep your card information secure. We are unable to replace or reimburse for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of a gift card

4. Recommended Gift Amounts

• Because every home and project is unique, the scope of work impacts final pricing. These suggested values can help guide your selection:
  • $1,500+ — Great for decluttering or small spaces such as linen or coat closets
  • $3,000+ — Perfect for mid-size organizing projects such as a bathroom, small pantry, or mudroom
  • $5,000+ — Ideal for larger, multi-space home refreshes such as kitchens, playrooms, garages, or walk-in closets

5. Products & Enhancements

• If product is required or selected to complete your space (bins, labels, dividers, etc.), the gift card amount may be applied toward these costs
• Any additional product expenses must be paid by the recipient

6. How to Redeem

• To schedule your session, please email marie@organizewithmarie.com
• and include your gift card code
• Sessions are booked by appointment only based on availability

We typically schedule projects at least 4 weeks in advance, and seasonal demand may extend wait times
